SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding some weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  

 

Wholesale orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding some holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. A follow up email will be sent once your order has shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please contact me within 3 days after delivery if you have any problems with your order.  The following items can't be returned or exchanged.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:  

 

  • Body Care items (like mascara brush) 

  • Lip Care items (like lip gloss) 

  • Soaps  (for health/hygiene reasons)  

Excepted returns or exchange for candles if they have arrived broken or damaged. Approval will be needed before we accept any returns or exchanges.

Conditions of return 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
